To help us maintain the high standard of comfort and hospitality we offer, we kindly ask all guests to follow the house rules outlined below. These rules are in place not only to protect the property, but to ensure that all guests present and future enjoy their stay without unnecessary disturbance or inconvenience.

Respect for Peace and Quiet

We ask that guests keep noise to a reasonable level at all times, especially during the night hours. Quiet time is typically observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This includes playing music, watching TV at a high volume, or hosting loud conversations. The apartment is located in a serene area, and out of respect for other residents and neighbors, we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a calm environment.

Cleanliness and Property Care

Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy throughout their stay. While we provide cleaning tools and basic supplies, guests should dispose of trash properly, clean up after meals, and handle furniture and appliances with care. Any spills, stains, or damages should be reported immediately. Please treat the apartment as you would your own home with respect and responsibility.

No Smoking On Premises

For the comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the building and anywhere on the PLOT 31 premises. Please note that a fine will be issued for any violation of this policy, and additional charges may apply if any damage is caused to the property as a result.

Damage and Loss

Guests are held responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. This includes furniture, electronics, decor, kitchenware, or other amenities provided. Charges may apply for repairs, replacements, or deep cleaning if deemed necessary. We encourage guests to notify management as soon as any issue arises, so we can address it promptly and professionally.

Check-In and Check-Out

All guests must comply with our check-in and check-out times, which will be clearly communicated before arrival. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated depending on availability but must be arranged in advance. Failure to vacate the unit on time without notice may result in additional charges.

Visitors and Unauthorized Guests

Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment overnight. If you plan to have visitors, please inform management ahead of time. For security reasons, unapproved overnight guests or large gatherings are not allowed. The apartment is intended for peaceful, private use only and should not be used for events or parties.

Security and Safety

Please ensure that doors and windows are properly locked whenever you leave the apartment. Although we have CCTV coverage in external areas, guests are advised to safeguard their valuables and act with caution. Management is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

Violation of Rules

Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. In serious cases involving property damage, disturbance, or breach of safety, legal actions may also be taken.
